I noticed this morning that the government had arrested a jewsih guy who was planning to blow up a Isamic center in Florida. If he was planning that it's a good thing he was arrested. Should the fact that he was not muslim absolve him? Do you think that if the authorities arrest him then they can't also arrest any muslims planning violence?

No the fact that he was not Muslim should not absolve him. It should be obvious that a substantial part of Islam is at war with us, and while it is not every Islamic person that should be deported, we should at least deport any non-citizens that show any sign of being alligned with elements that are anti-American. In fact that can go for any non-citizen that does anything against any citizen or property thereof in this country. And no it is not an action that should be taken against any citizen regardless of their affiliation. If they are citizens and subversive they should only be shot, after a military trial, of course.
