Mizzou update: For the first time "provisional" voting is being allowed. This means anyone, and I do mean anyone, can vote on a paper ballot and later his or her eligibility will be determined. The dems or predicting as many as 50,000 of these limbo votes. This will serve two possible purposes. 1) If Jean Carnahan needs x number of votes to win, x number of Democratic provisional votes will magically be declared eligible. 2) If the margin of a Talent victory exceeds the provisional votes, the certification process will be dragged out so that Talent will be precluded from taking the seat during the present Congress thereby denying the GOP a lame duck majority. The continuing Democratic nefariousness knows no bounds. The sad, sad thing is that they will probably get away with it again.

How can they get away with this 'Provisional' voting? Is there no legal action that can be taken to stop this practice?
