It all depends on the meaning of “unethical.”

Good article. It appears that in some elections that any pretense of lawful behavior has been abandoned by RAT candidates. "Competetive elections," "Let all the votes count," - RATS are called vermin for a reason.

It was always there. It merely became more virulent.

"No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice" a little unclear?

Depends on the meaning of "shall be." Or maybe "elected."

looong post...but good stuff. Did you forget Demi Ky Gov. Paul Patton (or did I miss it)...he narrowly missed impeachment himself but shucks the news didn't cover if for a pretty hilarious reason: they were already maxed out covering the Clinton Impeachment.

Now, he seems to be having a mistress who he payts with keeping her decrepit (criminally so) defrauding nursing home going wiht govt. favors, head sup on inspections etc.

Mizzou update: For the first time "provisional" voting is being allowed. This means anyone, and I do mean anyone, can vote on a paper ballot and later his or her eligibility will be determined. The dems or predicting as many as 50,000 of these limbo votes. This will serve two possible purposes. 1) If Jean Carnahan needs x number of votes to win, x number of Democratic provisional votes will magically be declared eligible. 2) If the margin of a Talent victory exceeds the provisional votes, the certification process will be dragged out so that Talent will be precluded from taking the seat during the present Congress thereby denying the GOP a lame duck majority. The continuing Democratic nefariousness knows no bounds. The sad, sad thing is that they will probably get away with it again.

It all depends on the meaning of “unethical.”

Although an otherwise fine piece of analysis, I object strongly to the use of the word "unethical". "Criminal" is the proper term that should be used. RATS have always been unethical, but it took klinton to show them how to be criminal.

The Democrats are a criminal enterprise, extorting their votes from the people. The Republicans are more like wife beaters that keeping promising they will stop. Either way we get bigger, more intrusive government, and incumbent protection policies.

"I can't leave him," she said, "I have to give him one more chance."

How can they get away with this 'Provisional' voting? Is there no legal action that can be taken to stop this practice?

Unethical or criminal. Oh, I forgot, your only a criminal if you can't hire a high-powered Washington lawyer (crooked lawyer who can buy off, bribe, or blackmail a judge). I got some bad news for crooked politicians, your days are numbered if you don't "change your evil ways, baby".

Proverbs 2
12 Wisdom will save you from the ways of wicked men, from men whose words are perverse,
13 who leave the straight paths to walk in dark ways,
14 who delight in doing wrong and rejoice in the perverseness of evil,
15 whose paths are crooked and who are devious in their ways.
16 It will save you also from the adulteress, from the wayward wife with her seductive words,
17 who has left the partner of her youth and ignored the covenant she made before God.
18 For her house leads down to death and her paths to the spirits of the dead. 19 None who go to her return or attain the paths of life.
20 Thus you will walk in the ways of good men and keep to the paths of the righteous.
21 For the upright will live in the land, and the blameless will remain in it;
22 but the wicked will be cut off from the land, and the unfaithful will be torn from it.

Send this to CNN [LOL] - they are 'looking' for a NEW story to help their ratings - posted on another thread. If they ever told 'the whole story' on things, they'd have more viewers!
