Prosecutors learned for the first time, following that testimony, that the survivor had been treated for the same symptoms. It proved to be one of the strongest connections to Reginald Carr.

Be prepared for anything, including the possibility that the victim inflicted him with venereal disease..... Grrrrrrrrr

Not very often and not very quickly.

Since the death penalty was reinstated in 1994, no one has been executed. Right now there are only four people on death row.
