Waste him. Last I heard he is not talking. Throw them both in the chair. There actually is a moratorium on executions in Maryland to be more specific. Thanks to their governor.

Last I heard he is not talking Under attorney's advice, to be sure -- and I, for one, don't really care. That will be worked out in due time. The sniper has been stopped and there is no one else to catch.

Thats why I want to see it garfed up in MD. I want KKT to sink with this one.

The liquor store murders took place in Alabama... I think they're still using the Big Yellow Mama (electric chair) down there.

It will be interesting to see how prosecuters go about proving beyond a reasonable doubt that JM pulled the trigger for a particular murder, considering that both on them were together and neither is talking and they have NO witnesses who saw either one shoot. Both had access to the weapon and JM's fingerprints on it would not prove he shot one person in particular. I'm not saying it's impossible to prove, only that it will interesting to see how they do it.
I would imagine his attorney will fight hard to keep all the cases separate.

I was hoping for a firing squad so that they might get a taste of their own poison.
