Waste him. Last I heard he is not talking. Throw them both in the chair. There actually is a moratorium on executions in Maryland to be more specific. Thanks to their governor.

Under attorney's advice, to be sure -- and I, for one, don't really care. That will be worked out in due time. The sniper has been stopped and there is no one else to catch.

It will be interesting to see how prosecuters go about proving beyond a reasonable doubt that JM pulled the trigger for a particular murder, considering that both on them were together and neither is talking and they have NO witnesses who saw either one shoot. Both had access to the weapon and JM's fingerprints on it would not prove he shot one person in particular. I'm not saying it's impossible to prove, only that it will interesting to see how they do it.

I would imagine his attorney will fight hard to keep all the cases separate.
