Are you sure a bank would even accept a credit transfer like this,KNOWING that the transfer will be challenged in court as being made under stress? They

the bank would have it assured by the government.

John Mu'Mad would keep shooting people until the transaction cleared. Who was he connected to who would send the message, "transaction cleared."

No they wouldn't. Any government that would agree to do something like this would be comitting political suicide. Since there is NOTHING any gooberment in the world lusts after more than their own survival,this wouldn't happen.

The international banking community isn't really all that big. These guys all know one another,and they all are in business with the various governments. There is no way they would allow themselves to be involved with something like this unless given private assurances behind the scenes. They don't approve of any fraud or extortion that doesn't benefit them.
