I agree. An obvious truth no one is saying (perhaps because it would scare people) is that with a fine weapon like he had, properly cleaned and sited in, on a tripod, in the prone position, firing only one shot at the perfect target of opportunity tha tis perfectly still......just about anybody who spent anytime at all firing the weapon could do it.

With a tripod and scope ANYONE with relatively decent eyesight could do it. Even without training it would take a few practice shots in a secluded area to figure it out.
