Freeway? Nuts to that, I'd take PCH to Topanga Canyon. :) More fun anyway.

Lots of fun (and danger) if you like blind curves up and down a narrow tortuous road after dark! I think the alternatives to Topanga Canyon are winding and hilly, too. (Remember, Daylight Savings time ends this Sunday, so it'll get dark by late afternoon.)

It's OK, my car has headlights and a steering wheel. There's always too much traffic on Topanga to get much of a head of steam up anyway.
