I'm not familiar with Dutch law. I'm guessing that the gov't is doing their best to cultivate a generation of victims and sheeple. Am I right?

Yes, they already succeeded. We have to right to be robbed, raped and murdered, and seem to be fine about it. People wtill vote for the parties who allowed all this. And just like everytimes this happens, people sy it's the last time, that this should never happen again, blah blah. And then don't do anything after the silent march...
