Well, considering that the students in Madison Wisconsin bragged about voting multiple times in the presidential election, and the attention that college students received from John McCain in North Carolina (he threw beer parties), and the fact that the DSA was trying to import college students to Michigan who didn't go to school there, I would say that more states allow students to register than not.

Think about it, the liberals finally have control over these young voters and can influence them to vote their way. Do you really think that the Democrats would pass up on that opportunity in any state?
