Are they all people from out of state or out of county? If so, you are right.

However, it sounds to me this is a case of selective enforcement, since it only is concerning this school. That is a problem. This ruling should apply to mostly DEM schools also. Plus, history shows this rule rarely was applied. The law has not been enforced, leading to this confusion.

You can change your address to the college and register to vote in that county. I chose not to do that; I will be voting with a mail-in ballot sent to me.

The students should be allowed to change their address and register again, or request an absentee ballot if the deadline has passed.

The deadline for getting absentee ballots is October 29. But the way this is sounding is that the students' votes have been disqualified no matter what they do. Otherwise, why would this even be an issue?

Actually this should apply to students at EVERY university and college nationwide. They don't live there, they only attend school there. The tuition bill doesn't go to the dorm, it goes home to mom and pop and that's where these kids LEGALLY reside (outside of the students that foot the bill for their own schooling and off campus housing that is). If the GOP had any balls, they'd use this case as precedent and file suit on every campus nationwide. This would have the effect of crushing the Dem's fraud machine. It'd be funny as hell to wake up in a few days and see that Greyout Davis had dropped 20% in the polls.
