Is someone who kills a child rapist a “Childrapistphobe”?

Phobia is an irrational fear. So the answer would be, only if they were driven to kill by irrational fears. It is not irrational to fear a known terrorist, nor a known child rapist if it approaching your child. And I've never heard of fear -- irrational or otherwise -- being the motivating factor behind the killings of drug dealers or Presidents. It seems you are having trouble following the argument.
