The sniper is upset that there is no Affirmative Action in the Army. He failed to become a sniper at Fort Lewis, and is angry that he didnt get special consideration after failing the swim test.

Everyone knows we blacks cant swim, so it was unfair to deny him a place in the sniper corps. CNN will suggest that if the Army had let him slither into a special quota slot for Black and Hispanic sniper candidates, this never would have happened.

Racist Army policies inacted under Bush worked to deny the sniper his right to stalk and kill people legally. If Judges can force Fitness companies to hire fat people as Aerobic Instructors, why cant the Army select a sniper who couldnt float on his back with a full pack?

He will soon be called the Disinfrancised Sniper. Count on it.
