I think it was near Myersville in Frederick County, MD.

Rest Stop was around Myersville MD. About 10 miles east of Hagerstown I think. I was just through there a few weeks ago.

Not sure, but I think it was about 11 miles from Fredericksburg.

If no one here knows for sure, look under breaking news for a thread that was started when the news channels announced a lot of police activity on I-70. It's probably in that thread somewhere.
