Heard it reported Alabam police got one from an gun/ammo type magazine found at Alabama crime scene. It was Malvo's. Not sure if it will end up verified.

Not necessarily an arrest. I am 24 years old and specifically remember being fingerprinted by local police in the first grade under the auspices of identification purposes for kidnappings, gross disfigurement, etc. If Malvo is not a U.S. citizen, however, then most likely it was from arrest.
