Well, how can you have a custody dispute over your child with a man you aren't married to ? What possible claim could he have to her child ? Malvo was picked up by INS on December 2001, had one INS court appearance in January of this year and was released to the custody of his mother. His second INS hearing is set for December of this year. It is thought that Malvo and Mohammed left the Tacoma/Seattle area some 9 months ago, that would be just after the January INS court appearance.

He wasn't having a custody dispute with Lee Malvo's mother...he's not the bio father, just a fill -in. He was married twice, and apparently had custody disputes with both wives. The second wife, with whom he led a devout muslim family life(according to neighbors) was the one who took out the restraining order and now lives in CLinton, MD. Geez...I think I've got this straight.

The custody fight was with his second wife Mildred Green whom he had three children with. After the divorce he took one of the children and it took Mildred 18 months to get the child back.

Malvo and Mohammand don't appear to meet each other until they meet somehow in Billingsham WA (possibly in a homeless shelter).
