The Alabama incident was --NOT-- a robbery. It is possible that the trick-trunk was used in the Alabama incident. So, they may have "started slow."

OK .. that I haven't heard before

The Alabama Murder, here in my home MOntgomery - happened at an ABC Store just down the road (about 2-3 miles).

The two ladies that worked at the store were locking up for the night and had their backs turned to the parking lot. One lady was shot in the back and killed, the other was shot in the neck. The one that lived said she had her back turned and did not see anything.

There was a police officer that heard the shots and when he got to the scene the men were going through one of the Women's Purse. They ran when the officer approached and got away. The woman later said nothing was missing from her purse. So technically there was no "Robbery" it was an attempted robbery -- But it WAS NOT Just a sniper hit.

The link to Malvieux and Muhammed was a finger print on a magazine dropped at the crime site -- reportedly a gun magazine.

The biggest question is "Why did the officer not shoot when he knew these perps had shot the women" -- I can answer that to, our moron mayor has instituted a policy where in any police officer who shoots a suspect who is unarmed or running away is immediately suspended and put under review. This officer could not tell if these guys had the guns on them when he approached, and did not shoot because he did not want to loose his career.
