I don't know....I know there was talk about the Caprice, but never heard a BOLO was issued. If that's the case, they were really stupid not to change cars.

I think they did! Shortly after the Home Depot shooting, I believe there was a BOLO for this burgundy caprice, partial plates number.... the different witnesses... then suddenly there were NO plate numbers retrieved, and the one witness is discredited....

someone, not sure who posted about a BOLO and this caprice and wondered about why the BOLO was mentioned on the scanner but not publicly.... This may be when they first were getting good hard clues and when the media yapped about the caprice and partial plates, LE quickly nixed the idea, so as not to tip off the perps! jmo

I don't remember when it was, but it is definate because I almost commented that I have that car in my driveway. It was several days ago. (now I find out though the year model is not the same)
