Did I hear correctly that some MD cops actually pulled this guy over around Oct 8th for something else? Then turned him loose. Anyone know what the perp was pulled over for?

Fox reported that Mohammad was sleeping in his car on a Baltimore street. A cop woke him up and told him he couldn't do that. Checked his license, took info on the type of car and plate number...and told Mohammad to move on. Let him go. According to Fox, this info was not known until yesterday by the 'task force'.

Yep. Baltimore police allegedly pulled the caprice over on Oct. 8th and then let him go.

Yes, I believe...perps were found sleeping in a rest area on the 8th, cop let them go, logged the event in the police database, and that's actually how they managed to snag them in the end (cross-ref'ing the database, etc).
