I was watching today on MSNBC that one of the snipers is eligible for the death penalty. This ought to be interesting.

:-) Well I suppose if you wanted to learn Arabic that'd be the only 'correct' way to spell Bin Laden.

thanks. :-)

Didja hear about the guy who stopped a would-be car thief with a well placed shot from his bow?

The thief had a handgun.

Freedom fighters accused in alleged shootings.

But did they really say that in the news?

No, not that I know of. I was trying to be sarcastic, but a lot of people took it seriously.

I think this also says a lot. Many of us can definitely see Reuters actually saying something like that.

Just to trace in the Million Man March stuff, you have:
discharged at Fort Lewis on April 26, 1994 .. served in the Oregon National Guard until 1995 ... after discharge in 1995, Muhammad stayed mostly in the Tacoma area, where he worked as a mechanic and got involved in a martial arts school, according to reports. The school closed in 1998.
JAM lived in Louisiana through his school years, at 18 joined the the Lousiana National Guard, for 5-6 years, then the Federal Army for ten more. JAM leaves the Federal Army in Fort Lewis WA in April 1994, joins up in the Oregon National Guard until discharge sometime in 1995 -- a very short stint -- stays around Tacoma (WA) works as a mechanic, and is "involved" with a martial arts school.

You also compiled that in 1995, " Muhammed served as a bodyguard for The Reverend Louis Farakan during the Million Man March (Oct 1995)." That's 16 October 1995, in Washington DC. At least one coast-to-coast trip in 1995.

For point of reference purposes the first WTC bombing took place 26 Feb 1993. See AJFavish FR thread: "Did Clinton Cover-up Iraqi Involvement in 1993 WTC Bombing and TWA 800 and OKC Bombing. Ramzi Yousef, Iraqi-American, masterminded that WTC bombing, and there was a whole bunch of PLO[Palestinian]-Iraqi-Islamic overlap in that operation. Probably a lot of one-off cooperation with Iragi officials in Iraq, judging by phone records.

All souls onboard TWA-800 were lost on 17 July 1996.

That's really a $3000+ car, retail. Why the invoice shows $250 is a good question. Maybe sales tax evasion -- 6% in NJ. Hopefully Jersey hasn't lost all the records of the sale.

That is to say, the Iraqis had already linked up a worldwide network of terror post-Gulf War I, and in the 1993-1996 time frame it was in full growth mode, operating effectively in the US -- obviously -- on the east coast, if not both coasts and the interior. Perhaps JAM was recruited then.

Also -- if you look into the first WTC bombing you notice that the Iraqis do use some real dim bulbs sometimes. I think they are jokers -- I mean they do it deliberately as a joke. The PR deniability factor on dim bulbs and cracked pots is high.

Have you seen the car on TV? It's a piece of junk in dire need of paint job. 1K car at most.

Well, JAM did work on cars ... might of needed some engine tuning up and such, or even some major work he knew how to do. Just that it's hard to get any car from a dealer for $250, you might find a junk trade-in if you hit the same day or so as the trade in, but that would not apply to a an ex-police cruiser, which the dealer wouldn't have even bothered with dragging it to his lot unless he could get $1k+ for it. $250 is too low.
