Yeah, and now Moose is saying that these guys may be material witnesses and are not the suspects. And he is still trying to communicate with the sniper. It is just getting weirder and it sounds like he is not doing what the sniper wants. This concerns me. Does this mean we may see more shootings?

Weellllll..."material witnesses" who are to be regarded as "armed and dangerous" and appear to be stealing a succession of getaway vehicles are probably not just playing Dungeons and Dragons. I'm thinking this is serious legal-speak going on here...

When the cops BOLO your a$$ as "armed and dangerous" because you are a "material witness"..trust me you are a suspect.
