Yes, I remember that report of the Chevy Caprice now, seen leaving the scene of the shooting of Pascal Charlot, the Haitian man, on Georgia Ave. in D.C. the evening of Oct. 3.
There are Hispanics in that neighborhood. When I went to look at the scene of the murder a week later, I saw a Hispanic night club a block or so away.
