MSNBC reporting sniper related digging and searching of a building in Tacoma WA. FBI is involved. May be related to something the sniper told police

pardon my ignorance, what are flashbangs Flashbangs are stun grenades, basically.
They produce a huge flash of light that blinds you, and a concussion that'll stun you, but they're designed to produce no shrapnel.
They're used to disorient someone before you try to subdue them. They're popular for rolling into the room of armed perps before you go storming in.

For the last 2 days, Tacoma popped into my head everytime I saw sniper news on TV. I am not a big believer in a lot of the psychic stuff (I still havent won the lotto), but this news just makes me feel REALLY strange...JFK
