MSNBC reporting sniper related digging and searching of a building in Tacoma WA. FBI is involved. May be related to something the sniper told police

Then why are sergeants listed also on your list if it means the same thing? You're right -- good point. But there are people specifically listed as lieutenants too, and Georges R. isn't one of them. I just don't know enough French to understand the exact meaning of everything on the page.

My husband thinks the Mohammed guy and his stepson are the sniper and his assistant.
