The mayor of Bellingham, WA was interviewed by KING TV, and the interview carried by MSNBC. (Bellingham is in far northern Washington near the Canadian border.) He said the younger person mentioned in this story had been a student at the local high school, with records going back to about eight months ago. The two persons had no known fixed address.
