He spent years scrounging for a legacy, only to have it occur after he left office. On 9/11/01. to be precise.
Instead of being a leader and going after those who are killing us, he took the politically expedient route and lied to us.
As I've long said, he's nothing more than an inconsequential boob who conned a significant portion of the population into believing that his incessant public navel gazings were actually profound.
