NEW YORK -- Son of Sam says he is feeling the sniper's ``anger and rage toward law enforcement'' and suggested cops look at the Hannibal Lecter movie for clues to the killer's behavior.
David Berkowitz, the serial killer who terrorized New York in summer 1977, wrote Fox News from a New York state prison to say he shares a unique bond with the Beltway Sniper.
In a fascinating killer-to-killer analysis, Berkowitz wrote, ``For more than a week now I have been feeling this person's anger and rage toward law enforcement.''

Son of Sam's theory is as plausible as anybody else's.

We could pay him a consulting fee?

were's the devildog?

Set him free on the condition he personally tracks down and kills the sniper in hand to hand combat.

Maybe Donawho could discuss this. Since he is not profiting from his own crime "The Son-Of-Sam Law" may not be applicable.

Perhaps an indicator of spiritual warfare.
Temptation always begin with thoughts. If the Son of Sam, who has shown a past proclivity or weakness for these types of sins, yet has turned around and sought God instead, but now is further tempted to rebellion to law enforcement, then this is a strong indication of broader spritual warfare at hand.
I admit that over the past 2 weeks, several individuals I know who are prone to temptation and evil, and periodically display irrational behavior, seem to have manifested uncaused submission to unprovoked temptations.
Interesting post.

Given that we're in a massive face-off with suicide bombing Islamic nuts from hell, I would not be surprised to learn the country, and especially the DC area, is abuzz with more demons than ever before in history. This sniper's record is uncanny. Only one miss and 13 escapes.
By the way what is a cvengr. Sea-avenger? CV engineer?

Wow, even Bezerkowitz is now able to milk the media for some attention on this one.
I'm sure he envisions himself being wheeled out on handtruck in a straightjacket and leather mask to share his special wisdom with Condoleeza Rice.
What a waste of time.

Perhaps more demons of the violent type than before.
I read one theory which had plausible connection. Recollecting the Pakistani connection to the shooter outside the CIA parking lot in '93.
Has it been shown to be a single sniper yet?

The cops are saying that something like 9 of the bullets are from the same gun, and they can't tell about the others because the bullets are too fragmented in those cases. I guess several people could be sharing one gun, but Occam's Razor says it is only one shooter.

Not wanting to sound dumb here, but, why is the S.O.S still alive?
