But, as MM posted earlier, the Rats are very worried about depressed turnout, especially in PG County and the lower income areas of Montgomery County, where many of the killings have occurred. Montgomery County is KKT's best area. That's why the incredible invisible Governor Glendening is suddenly talking about calling out the National Guard on Election Day. They are going to drag those people to the polls kicking and screaming.
