Is there any folklore from Jamaica or the ME that talks about a duck in a noose? The tale that was told was American Indian, no? How about a tale the Me's would know?

Just thought of something...the tarot card connection. Jamaica/voodoo/tarot??? It's a stretch, but remember Live and Let Die? Takes place in Jamaica, lots of voodoo, Jane Seymour plays a tarot sorcerer, death card is in there somewhere???
