There is no way that the money could be accessed in the American banking system without the person accessing the money revealing themselves (at least not so they could spend it). Stay well - Stay safe - Stay armed - Yorktown

Wire transfer to a wahala here in the states, which makes the money available (with no written record) in Pakistan or Afghanistan.

The Congress passed a law in 1993 that does not regulate wahalas, but just requires them to report suspicious activity within so many days to the Feds. (that would take months, probably, and still the written record stops at the water's edge.

We could at minimum shut down the Wahala and all other wahalas operating in the USA further we could stop all wire transfers to these accounts or at least delay them until we get whomever is trying to access the money.

I know this is not PC but at least then we would be certain of what we were up against
