Did I hear earlier that those trees had been cut down to those stumps in the last 3 or 4 years ? Hell the evidence may not be there unless they found something with the metal detector..

I didn't hear anything about when the trees were cut down.... but they looked like long-dead stumps to me. The center was rotted out.

Word is that they x-rayed the stump before they cut it out of the ground.

Now... what I wanna know is... just exactly how do you x-ray a stump and where exactly do you get the equipment to do that? Whattya do... Bust into a local dentist's office and run out with the x-ray machine saying "s'cuze us, we need this for minute but we'll bring it back when we're done"... ????
