YEs, someone just posted that its a former tenant who is of interest - military guy out of Ft. Lewis. (As if I knew where that is :))

Fort Lewis is an Army base at the south end of Tacoma... Not too far (5 miles) from this location. Lots of military live in that general area.

Fort Lewis is about five miles, roughly, south of the location of the duplex.
