If misconduct is found, Phelps could be terminated.He should sue them and make the district prove him wrong. (and I hate law suits but this wouldn't be frivolus!)

What misconduct???? Putting a letter in teachers' mailboxes, is that the "misconduct"? What are mailboxes for anyway?
Or do they object to the message and want to shoot the messenger?
I guess this guy would know what it's like trying to teach these kids after all these years.
Put cameras in the classroom.
