We are a supposedly clean state in Wisconsin.

Wasn't this state the 'smoke for RAT votes' headquarters during the 2000 election? And isn't this the state were the little college scamps were claiming to have been multiple ballots and allowed to vote dozens of times each.

Sad, but true! Equally sad, the AG refused to do a thing about it -- passing the buck to the local DAs who said they had no funds to make an investigation. The corrupt AG is now running for Governor (and is the current favorite, according to the polls). The stench of coruption hangs over this AG -- but nobody seems to care.

The only reason the party organizer from New Jersey was convicted of anything on the "smokes for votes" scandal is because the TV station FILMED the activity and showed it on the news. The organizer was convicted of just those abuses and paid a small fine. Nobody else was charged, and the investigation was dropped. The whole thing stinks.
