It's whatever is in the RATs' advantage. If it's giving a few bums some smokes, so be it. If it's having a bunch of students make the grand tour of the voting places, so be it. If it's keeping a dead guy on the ballot, so be it. If it's a last-second replacement of a politically-toasted guy, so be it. If it's keeping the polls open until it's known just how many votes need to be manufactured, so be it. If it's counting, and counting, and counting, and counting, and counting, and counting, and counting, and counting, each time manufacturing a few more RAT votes, until the RAT wins, so be it. If it's giving a few trinkets to a bunch of dullards (I know, politically-incorrect, but much faster to type), so be it.
Indeed, the New DemonRAT party views each and every one of these illegalities as something to be done again and again, even if it's not necessary.
