Glad you posted this- I wasn't finding a print version of the story. Saw it on TV and heard it on the radio yesterday. In 2000 it was cigarettes; in 2002 it's pastries, pop and quarters. Pitiful.

...and cheaper. Taxes on cigs in Wisconsin make the price about $4.50/pack.

Evidently campaign budgets aren't what they used to be...
