The people are to arm themselves, the government is to let them. See second article of amendment, Constitution for the United States, and most state constitutions as well. (Virginia for example, but not Maryland)
TRUE but the government is scared of the constitution and the people act like their scared to be free! I think maryjaneland is one of pesky commonwealths isnt it?
