YOU can do almost anything you want to do and get away with it if you act alone and keep your mouth shut.

That is a fact.

If a girlfriend, wife, family member or friend knows about it, you will most likely be caught. If you get drunk and start bragging in a bar one night you will get caught.

It may be frustrating and infuriating but he has a very easy task when it comes to shooting random targets and it will be tough to catch him without a break somewhere along the line.

He may never be caught – but unless he is acting alone and keeps his mouth shut he WILL be caught, eventually.

Which leads me to believe it is not an American doing this. Most would not be able to keep their mouth shut to be honest. We live in a gloating society in this country. We did not go through months or years in a rogue nation or training camp.

Not if he/they is/are part of a terrorist cell. They operate differently and their motivation is different. They won't be caught unless they choose to be OR unless something goes very wrong in their planning.
