In an amazing outbreak of laughter at McBride's non answer to a direct question, after going on and on rather than answer how much money he'd have to raise if a proposal was passed, he said, "about the middle"
You can't appreciate how honest the laughter was......
McBride is unable to answer any question without attacking Jeb

It would be difficult to rate McMumble considering he has only answered about 7% of the questions asked.
Now on malpractice. BTW - my father-in-law has been a family practice physician for over 35 years. Last Saturday we had dinner with him and we talked about the cost of malpractice insurance. It is so expensive that by the end of this year he will have netted approximately $16,000 in income.
It is even worse for neuro-surgeons and ob's. Many will be leaving the state in the next few years.
