I think Dubya is extremely competent, but I still cringe sometimes when I listen to him in an off-the-cuff speech.
Ditto. Its almost as if Dubya is trying to do a forced folksy way of talking and pulls some boners out of his rear end. With him I just have to look past the syntax gaffes and get to the meat of the message.
