He may be competent, but he is not being effective. As I said earlier in another post, he is coming off very weak. We do not need to see the world see us in this light. There needs to be others up at that podium. It is not an easy situation but he cannot look as though he is the only one in charge. We all know he is not but it is really looking rediculous. Almost, embarrassing. If it's not international terriorism, they may be getting some ideas if this is how it appears to handled.

I agree. The guys under a lot of pressure right now. He wants to catch the jerk as much as anyone.
