Besides, how would he arrange an electronic transfer without the possibility of having the money yanked right out again (a la the Nigerian Bank Scam) as soon as he tried to access it (and possibly created a trail pointing back to himself)?

Good grammar skills are not necessary to do good police work. I swear, some of the comments on these threads remind me of the DUnderhead sneers at Dubya's tongue-twists. Many highly intelligent people sound dumb when speaking in public.

Do you suppose this is tied into the sniper demands?
Pentagon to Release Prisoners From Guantanamo, Rumsfeld Says I don't think for a moment that it has anything to do with the fact that we've held them long enough to figure out which ones are worth grilling for information and which ones are a waste of space.

He exudes incompetance no matter what goes on behind the scenes. He is pathetic and has no demonstratable leadership or communication skills.

I will. In a heartbeat.

Our local RURAl sherriff could do better. Look, if you can't communicate better than Moose than you do not deserve such a leadership position. ...afirmative action at work!

"1. Not once has a suit said "We do not believe this to be a terrorist incident. We believe this to be an isolated case". Very key I believe."
It is a terrorist thing any way about it,requardless of if it is Al Queda or not.
" Very few if any Feds "weighing in" on the case. Note quite sure the significance of this."
The feds are keeping a low profile, they would just as soon not be in the public eye,but you know they are running the show.

It was getting a Blue Screen of Death from being flooded by someone wanting the nick I was using to start learning code myself. I cut my teeth on mIRC. Fortunately, I too survived theexperiance. ;-)

Your post #55 has been removed. .....at least the Mod Squad pays attention to you!.
There was nothing racist in my post it was an opinion. If I offended anyone then I'm sorry. I just feel that this investigation should be handled by Homeland Security not Chief Moose. Yes I know he is not in complete control but I would like to be briefed by someone from the Federal government.

Re post #364:
As I said before 10 million would be better, but don't you think 500.0000 is enough for most anybody to turn in a wacko like this? The fact he is asking for 10 million dollars does make me suspect there is no Jihad type of group behind all this killing, just an uncommon and extremely violent individual or small group.
To: Rocksalt
Let me ask you a question, Rocksale. Why is it that when the lottery reaches $10 million there are many more people buying lottery tickets, even to the point of long lines and overtaxing the machines, than when it is only $500K? IMO, there will be a significantly larger number of people who would turn this person or persons in if the reward was bumped up to $10 mil.

That's Rocksalt,not Rocksale.
You are quite right, more people do respond to larger purses.I was just saying 500K was probobly enough to make anybody in their right mind give up this wacko. If I knew who the person was,I'd take 10 million over 500K.Quick,somebody tell me who he is so I can collect.
The news that a location was searched in Wash. state today brought all this home to those of us in the Pacific NW.,I must say this was a strange twist.
To: Rocksalt
Sorry Rocksalt, that misspelling was not intentional.

"A woman who lives across the street from the house, Deborah Waters, said the house is a rented duplex and that gunfire was common when the previous resident lived there last year.
"We do remember that before the guy moved in that lives there now, we did hear a lot of gunfire in the neighborhood, and we actually called 911," Waters told CNN. "The police came out, but nothing ever came of that."
I just read this about the Tacoma location that was searched.I also read the fBI found two shell casings in the backyard today.things may be developing fast at this point.
