I'm not sure why I agree with you, but I do. It would be odd for an American sniper to target children. Especially one asking for money. It's so creepy and bizarre -- so foreign... The Palestinian" part is not as strong.

Gunning for children is baseline islamic. Baseline "palestinian", in fact. And the links between the PA, al Quaida and Iraq are well known.

Them foreigners might speak and look strange like, but that don't mean that they've got an exclusive on doing them there strange things.

I agree -- American serial killers target kids when there is some sort of insane sexual motive, or when they're kids themselves (e.g., Columbine)...but I don't think there's history of homegrown serial killers deliberately targeting kids otherwise.

(I can't believe I'm parsing the relative evil of various serial killer types. Argh.)
