Do you know if any Hispanics/Latinos have been shot?

There was one woman with a Hispanic/Latino sounding last name, but I believe that was by marriage. The sniper was alternating between white and black victims for a time.

I'm reasonably sure Ms. Ramos was Hispanic. But it's entirely possible the sniper took her for white.

Montgomery County has lots of Hispanics. They're definitely underrepresented among the victims.

Also no black women. I wonder why that is. Would, say, a Nation of Islam type be willing to kill black men (and boys!) but not black females?
