A couple of points:

No Muslim has been shot yet. If he/she were, the screaming liberal press would have fallen all over themselves to trumpet it. Morbid as it sounds, if a Muslim had been hit, a huge sigh of relief would have come from CNN...they are thinking the same thing we are thinking; they just hope it ain't so.

'Nother point: Flash suppressors are designed to hide the flash from people in front of you. They do this by directing the flame UP, often by 6 or 8 slots near the muzzle. From in front, it is greatly hidden. From above, it is enhanced; flames shoot up. Very noticable.

(At the same time, it pushes the barel down, which normally tends to climb during a shot. This helps keep the barel level, so the next shot can be quicker)

Most Military folks know this, all over the world.

'Nother point: The Sniper from France who went AWOL in Canada (destination: Chicago, according to his leave) is very suspect.

He is known to have fantastic Marksman skills; tops among his peers.

'Nother point: There IS a composite sketch of the sniper, and has been so for awhile. For some reason, it is not available to the US, due to who knows. But the composite sketch is available in Europe. Several military people in France who know this AWOL guy have already said the sketch looks like him.

My only question is whether he is French Algerian, or otherwise Muslim.

Final point: Let loose the CIA dogs, and Delta, and don't micro-manage them. Just let them loose. The guy would be toast, well done, burnt to a crisp, and all his secrets will be known. (shudder for him!)

I know that by law they are not allowed to (Posse-Comittitus-something), but f'it We need a new law. Model it after what Isreal has--they've done the homework already, and paid in blood for mistakes. As a Libertarian, I support it.

Final-final point:

A friend of mine was a Ranger in the Somallia "Black-hawk-down" operation (got shot in the leg, kept going, and didn't care). He has the whitest, non-moving, steely eyes I've ever seen (perfect condition). Former enlisted, he gained his degree and was a Louie in Somallia in the heart of the fracas. He is frighteningly tough; you wouldn't believe. But even he is in awe of the guys in the CIA. They recruit from SEALS and Rangers; only the best. They are to a man Patriots, willing to die for us, though a boatload of bad guys will die first. Glad they are on our side.

Let the CIA and Delta dogs loose. Hell, they live right there. They would get this pansy so fast, and are dying to do it. They live for it.
