If that's not a rhetorical question, AFAIK, no.

If that is a rhetorical question: what % of the population in the areas with the shootings is visibly identifiable as Muslim? I note that one or two victims were Indians. The cab driver had American flags on his car, so that might help your (assumed) point. The liquor store clerk I don't know about, but if the shooter assumed he was a Muslim working in a place of sin, that might also help your point.

Rhetorical question for you: have any Asians been shot? Is the % of Hispanics who have been shot less than one would expect given the % in those areas?
