Has anyone noticed that Chief Moose has stopped asking for the public's help? Only Bo Dietl, who is popping up on all 3 cable news channels, is begging the citizenry to form block watches, look for suspicious activity, and use the hot line. He's convinced this is how the sniper will be caught.
