Would you have expected him to say "our" children?
My opinion is based on looking at it in its altogether. The "your" children phrase, the "anywhere, anytime" being the terms of Iraq weapons inspections, the discipline required to pull it off, the cold-bloodedness, events in other parts of the world, ingress/egress skill, reacting to newscast observations of things that haven't been done yet, the terror training manuals, the warnings and the similarity to the anthrax terror sampling.
Anyway, it's just my two cents...
