Your exactly right. Although, with our American system, most will not have to be assigned weapons, the people already have them. This is a prime function of the people being armed, all that needs to be done, is have the Sheriff of the various counties call out his citizens for duty. Probably, they could be deputized for this special operation.

Albert's child (#42) is exactly right, just as Japan feared the American people during WWII, because they had weapons for defense at the individual level, so will this terrorist, if the people are asked to help.

That idiot Carvell was saying on TV today that the Government needs to get these deadly assult weapons off the street if Americans want to be safe on their own streets. He said there's no such thing as a second ammencment right. It's just an NRA fabrication to keep a bunch of gun owners on the streets.
The Democrats are using this issue like there's no tomarrow. "It's the gun owners and the NRA that's responsible for these killings."
