I beleive the reason they cant see anyone with a rifle is because this guy is using a breakdown rifle either one with a folding stock or a 3 part breifcase rifle all he would need is a backpack or a paper sack either one would work equally as well
What we need is trained personel in camo to fit the scenery and with night vision placed all over And i mean ALL OVER THE PLACE all woods and vacant buildings i think it would prove to be more usful than this cat and mouse game their playing with this murderer
That thinking/employment of basic defense is what will wax this guy. I'd volunteer in a heart beat. I'd rather myself and 1,000 other like-mindeds die than one more innocent be exposed to this terrorist.
